Cordillera Blanca, Peru Original 1973 Poster, 21 x 30 inches

Taken by Ron Fear, the photograph used in this 1973 original poster print is difficult to accurately date. From what I've found, it's likely that it's from a 1972 climbing expedition of over 40 people that traveled to Peru, collectively summiting five peaks in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range, including Huascaran. Ron Fear himself summited both Chopicalqui and Huascaran. This poster, and many others like it, now serves as a window into past human greatness as well as a beautiful piece of art.
