Owned by Head since the 1970's, Tyrolia is a ski binding company that dates back to the 40's. Tyrolia pioneered their Diagonal Heel in the 1960's, which provided utmost safety in a forward fall by releasing upwards and then sideways, in addition to their Anti Blocking System that prevents almost all friction when a boot is removed from a binding.
